All of our Vietnamese candies are handcrafted, vegan, gluten-free, and made in a nut-free facility. They have a very subtle, lightly sweetened flavor and are crunchy on the outside, and have a soft jelly texture on the inside. All gems have different levels of softness & crunchiness based on the fruits we use. Not all gems are super crisp. As the gems are handmade and all natural each gem has it's own individual style, and shape and sometimes the color will vary.
