Yes, In town delivery is $5 any other delivery locations would need to be discussed

Floral Orders

How do I order flowers or a bouquet?

You can browse and purchase floral arrangements directly through our online shop. If you have a special request or need help choosing the right arrangement, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

What if a specific flower or stem isn't available?

Because flowers are seasonal and availability varies, we may substitute stems of similar color, size, and value to ensure your arrangement looks its best. We'll always do our best to honor the spirit of your order.

Are your bouquets ready-made or made to order?

Both! We have a full cooler with ready made or we do custom orders

Returns & Refunds

Can I return flowers or other perishable items?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on perishable goods such as flowers and plants. These items are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at BrittanySparks@therootedhomend.com so we can make it right.

What is your general return policy?

For eligible non-perishable items, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags and original packaging. Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?

To begin a return, email us at BrittanySparks@therootedhomend.com with your order details. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
